Closing the Information Loop

Precision Mining Solutions has developed an approach called “Closing the Information Loop”.

Mining is an iterative progressive process. Information required for each step/bench/lift/etc is generated in the previous step/bench/lift/etc – “Closing the Information Loop” makes this data available in the right format at the right time to the right people and systems to improve the quality of each subsequent iteration.

“Closing the Information Loop” involves manifold integration paths between existing and new processes, technologies, and systems. With coordination and cooperation of user groups and stakeholders “Closing the Information Loop” can improve processes and efficiencies.

Precision Mining Solutions can deliver training and provide solutions and advice on the full loop of information for mining engineers, geologists, surveyors, and production personnel – all the way from the creation of a design, the development of a plan, through execution of the plan in the field, then the collection, aggregation, reporting, presentation, and interpretation of the results from the field, to the use of those results and analyses as inputs for the next iteration of the cycle.
